STRING REELS: allows the control of the wire rolls to be excluded (YES/NO)
The active control allows the wire to the correctly attached to the bale.
With the active control of the rolls, the arm of the wire binder enters the chamber
and stops on the first bale head. It remains stationary waiting on the first head
until the wire couples with the bale correctly (the wire pulleys must be able to
turn). Then the binding phase begins.
Furthermore, with the active control, after the binding and subsequent cutting
phases, the pulleys should be detected to be stationary. If, on the other hand,
the wire is not cut correctly and the pulleys continue to turn, an alarm message
indicating “Wire in motion” will appear.
The exclusion of the control of the rolls does not allow the correct coupling of
the wire to the bale to be indicated and neither that the wire has been cut.
