Visualizations during open request phase (Open):
•
MACHINE STATUS (CLOSED GATE).
•
THE OPERATOR IS REQUIRED TO OPEN THE GATE, USING THE HYDRAULIC COMMAND LEVER
ONBOARD THE TRACTOR;
During this phase, the operator can also decide to press the key near to the icon
, avoiding the gate sensor signal, which indicates that the gate is closed, and
go to the next phase or even repeat the tying phase, by pressing the key near to the
icon.
Visualizations during ejecting phase:
•
MACHINE STATUS (OPENED GATE WITH BALE INSIDE THE MACHINE);
NOTICE: if the bale remains jammed during this phase, both a sound and a visual indication start, to show to the
operator that he has to check the machine statu:
During this phase, the operator can also decide to press the key near to the icon
, avoiding the ejector sensor signal, and go to the next phase.
This can be also done in the case that the ejector sensor should not properly detect
bale ejection, allowing the cycle to go on.
Visualization during close request phase (Close):
•
MACHINE STATUS (OPENED GATE);
•
THE OPERATOR IS REQUIRED TO CLOSE THE GATE, USING THE HYDRAULIC COMMAND LEVER
ONBOARD THE TRACTOR;
•
UPDATED BALES NUMBER ON ACTIVE COUNTER (6 bales on counter)
During this phase, the operator can also decide to press the key near to the icon
, avoiding the gate sensor signal, which indicates that the gate is open, ending
the cycle
When starting the next collecting phase, the display will show a message informing
that the gate is open.
In the WORKING SETTINGS menu a parameter allow the user to avoid the gate sensor signal (it is recommended
to activate that option only for diagnostics or to end a job in case of damaged device).
