LOWER ROLLER SCRAPER

•

Open the tailgate so that you can proceed with the work and lock it in place by
moving the lever located on the valve block to the stop position (lock closed)
“TAILGATE SAFETY LOCK DEVICEE”.

•

Loosen the 4 screws "V" (2 on each side) and using a hammer adjust (by lightly hammering the scraper) the
distance "D" between the roller and the scraper blade:

Distance “D” = 0÷0,5mm.

•

Once the correct distance has been obtained screw back the 4 screws "V" and check again that the distance
"D" has not changed as a result of tightening the screws.

•

Make sure that there are no persons near the machine (if there are they must be kept away) and start the
tractor again.

•

Unlock the tailgate safety lock by moving the lever back to its original position and re-close the
tailgate.

IMPORTANT!

When you adjust the distance “D” between the blade and the roller, the scraper blade must never touch
the roller.
