To avoid accidents caused by unexpected movements, firmly place the machine on firm, flat and
horizontal ground, and that it is blocked (chocks under the wheels).
The round baler can mount tyres of different sizes.
Periodically check inflation pressure and verify it based on the type of tyre mounted
on your machine.
More information relative to tyres inflation pressure parameters can be found under
“TECHNICAL DATA / TYRES”.
IMPORTANT!
Periodically check the tightening value of nuts on the wheel hub columns,
which must be 250 Nm (185 lb-ft).
Do not use lubricants on the stud bolts or on the nuts.
Excessive tightening of the nuts can cause deformation of the wheel
disc or the failure of the stud bolts and/or nuts, with a serious possible
risk of loss of the wheel.
Insufficient tightening can cause the wheel rim fixing to loosen and the
consequent breakage of the stud bolts or the wheel disc itself, with
serious possible risk of loss of the wheel
IMPORTANT!
The repair and disassembly / assembly operations on the wheels and tyres are to be
considered extraordinary maintenance operations and therefore have to be carried out
exclusively by specialized personnel.
