CONNECTING THE BRAKE SYSTEM TO THE TRACTOR

WARNING!

CRUSHING HAZARD.
POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES AND DEATH.
The operation must be performed on a horizontal plane.
Always connect the braking system to the tractor with:

the tractor switched off, the keys removed from the dashboard and all the moving parts of the machine
are completely stopped

To avoid accidents caused by unexpected movements, firmly place the machine on firm, flat and
horizontal ground, and blocked it by operating the mechanical parking device.

Make sure that the hydraulic connectors, the tractor socket and the hydraulic brake plug are perfectly clean.

The layout of the brake systems to the tractor are shown in the chapter: "TABLES AND DIAGRAMS”.

CONNECTING OF THE HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM

IMPORTANT!

Connect  the  system  to  tractors  designed  for  the
management  of  a  double  hydraulic  line  braking
system.
Check  the  compatibility  of  the  brake  system  with
that available on the tractor.

Connection of the joint to the line «CL»

Support the joint by grabbing it with one hand near the
pipes.
With the other hand, move the joint backwards, bringing
it to the end of the stroke so as to release the locking
balls and keep it in position.

Rotate the joint so as to insert the "CL" fitting on the
corresponding one of the tractor, release the joint so as
to allow the insertion of the balls in the groove of the
fitting to the tractor in order to allow locking.
