GREASING POINTS (30 WORKING HOURS)
Lubricate and grease all the points indicated by the special adhesive signs:
“B07500214”, present on the machine every 30 hours of work:
•
Tailgate jack (right and left sides).
•
Pressure jack (right and left sides).
•
Automatic chain stretchers (left side).
•
Tailgate hinges (left and right sides).
•
Tailgate hooks (left and right sides).
•
Main belt stretcher arm (right and left sides).
•
Secondary belt stretcher arm (right and left sides).
•
Net counter roller (right and left sides).
•
Net release (right side).
•
Twine binder arm.
•
Pick-up transmission safety device (left side).
•
Pick-up wheels support arm (right and left sides).
•
Feeder connector rod (left side - HTI).
•
Rotor support (left side - HTR, HTC, HTU).
•
PTO shaft.
•
Parking jack.
Before injecting grease into the greasers it is necessary to clean carefully the greaser fittings to prevent mud, dust
or foreign bodies from mixing with the grease which would reduce or even annul the effect of the lubrication.
Injecting a large quantity of grease under high pressure could damage the protection of the bearings; therefore
do this operation with due care.
GREASING CAMS (10 WORKING HOURS)
•
Loosen the screws and remove the safety cover on the right side of the pick-up
•
Insert the grease in the right hole to lubricate the pick up cam track.
•
At the end of the operation, reassembly the safety guard and lock it again
