To move the cleaner roller and the lower roller of the door, proceed as follows:
• Open the tailgate so that you can proceed with the work and lock it in place by
moving the lever located on the valve block to the stop position (lock closed)
“TAILGATE SAFETY LOCK DEVICEE”.
•
In order to move the scraper “Ra” to position “B”, loosen and remove its fastening screws.
Fasten the scraper in its new position using the same screws, without tightening them completely
WARNING!
POTENTIAL CRUSHING OR SHEARING OF THE LIMBS.
POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH.
Use extreme caution when manoeuvring the scraper:
•
The scraper’s blade is extremely sharp, it is recommended to use protective gloves.
•
The scraper’s weight represents a crushing hazard.
•
Next, loosen and remove the screws which fasten the roller “Ru” in order to move it to position “B”.
•
Fasten the roller in its new position using the same screws.

POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH.
Use extreme caution when manoeuvring the door’s lower roller: its weight represents a crushing hazard
•
Next, set the proper distance “D” between the scraper’s blade and the roller itself, as described in section
“Lower roller scraper”.
•
Once this adjustment has be performed, tighten the screws which fasten the scraper “Ra” completely and
double check the distance “D” to make sure that it has not be altered by the tightening of the screws.
•
If anyone else is present, make sure that they stay at a safe distance from the machine.
•
Turn the tractor back on, release the door blocking safety device by moving the lever back to its
original position and close the door.
