UNLOADING BALE
At the end of each binding cycle, the net and / or the wire are cut and the ICON control system will prompt you to
open the hatch to unload the bale on the ground.

WARNING!

IMPACT HAZARD.
CRUSHING HAZARD.
POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH.
Before opening the hatch and unloading the bale:

•

Make sure you are on a flat terrain or in a suitable position in the case of sloping terrain, and not in
the vicinity of people.

•

Move away any people from near the machine, in particular from behind the hatch.

Then, operate the hydraulic selector lever, on the tractor, to open the hatch.
Wait for the bale to exit and close the hatch.
At this point the “ICON” control system will inform you that your machine is ready to complete a new work cycle.
If the hatch does not close as normal, the “ICON” control system will warn you of the problem.

IMPORTANT!

Never start gathering with the hatch opened or with only one hook opened.

It is also possible to manage the counting of the bales by using the “ICON” control system.
