Views during the TWINE binding phase:
•
TURNS OF WIRE THAT THE BINDING MAKES ON THE RIGHT HEAD OF
THE BALE;
•
TURNS OF WIRE THAT THE BINDING MAKES ON THE CENTRAL COILS OF
THE BALE;
•
TURNS OF WIRE THAT THE BINDING MAKES ON THE LEFT HEAD OF THE
BALE (CUTTING SIDE);
•
POSITION OF THE ARM OF THE WIRE BINDER WITH RESPECT TO THE
BALE.
The black bar increases, from left to right (cutting side), due to the displacement
of the arm itself;
•
NUMBER OF PTO TURNS
During this phase, the operator can also decide to stop the tying cycle, by pressing the key near to the icon .
This will lead to a message of cycle interruption due to a tying error, with a few available choices to proceed with
the cycle:
Enter manual mode in the section about the tyring type in use, to perform manual
operations, by pressing the key near to the icon

Cut the wire by pressing
•
Do a further tying phase, by pressing the key near to the icon
•
Move forward in the cycle, by pressing the key near to the icon
