2. Disconnect the electrometer board cable

3. Remove the small and large glass manifold cover.

4. Set the glass covers on a surface where they will not be scratched or contaminated. Protect

the glass and any other manifold components from dust accumulation. Wear cleanroom
gloves when touching the glass. See the
