Removing the Ion Source Cartridge for Cleaning

Thermo Scientific

TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

3. Align the long tooth of lens 3/RF lens with the notch on the bottom of the sleeve and

drop the lens into the sleeve.

4. Place lens 2 on top of lens 3/RF lens with the small hole facing down. It should fit snugly

and sit evenly on top of lens 3/RF lens.
