Performing Routine Maintenance

Replacing a Dual Filament

Thermo Scientific

TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

20. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to replace the four screws around the manifold door.

Reattach the top cover panel and tighten the screw holding it in place.

21. Close the front door of the instrument. If you are using hydrogen as a carrier gas, fasten

the hydrogen safety screw on the front door.

22. Twist the vent valve one and a half times in a clockwise direction to close it or until tight.

23. Reach over to the left side of the instrument and pull up on the power switch to power-on

the TSQ 9000 system.
