Replacing the Boards in the TSQ 9000 Instrument

7. Locating the RF Boards and Brackets

.

8. Use your fingers to pry the bracket of the board away from the chassis and toward the left 

side of the instrument. 

9. Lift the board out of the instrument.

10. Remove the large glass manifold cover. 

11. Set the glass cover on a surface where it will not be scratched or contaminated. Protect the 

glass and any other manifold components from dust accumulation. Wear cleanroom 
gloves when touching the glass. See the
