3.3.3.2 VERIFICA POLARITÀ MOTORE
Prima di qualsiasi operazione di funzionamento è obbligatorio verificare la
polarità del motore nel seguente modo (Fig. 11):
• Tirare il pulsante a fungo d’emergenza fino a sbloccarlo (4).
• Premere il pulsante di ripristino a destra del pulsante a fungo d’emergenza (1).
• Premere per circa tre secondi il pulsante <salita> (4): il sollevatore deve
salire.
Nel caso in cui non si verifichi la salita si deve procedere al cambio di polarità
del motore procedendo nel seguente modo (Fig. 11):
3.3.3.2 CHECKING MOTOR POLARITY
Before any operation the motor polarity must be checked as follows (Fig. 11):
•
Pull the mushroom-headed emergency button to release it (4).
• Press the reset button on the right of the emergency button (1).
•
Press the <ascent> button (4) for about three seconds: the lift should
move up.
If the lift does not begin to move up, the motor polarity must be changed as
follows (Fig. 11):

È obbligatorio togliere sempre la tensione dalla macchina ogni
qualvolta si deve intervenire sulla morsettiera di alimentazione.
Il contatto di parti del corpo con parti in tensione della macchina
può provocare infortuni gravi e anche la morte.
• Togliere tensione dalla centralina di comando agendo sull’apposito
interruttore posto sul quadro di distribuzione.
• Premere il pulsante a fungo d’emergenza (1) fino a bloccarlo in posizione
ritenuta.
• Aprire il coperchio della pulsantiera di comando, scollegare i conduttori di
fase L1 ed L3 dai morsetti ed invertirli di posizione. Richiudere il coperchio
della pulsantiera avvitando le apposite viti (3 – Fig. 10).
• Ridare tensione all’impianto del sollevatore dal quadro di alimentazione.
• Tirare il pulsante a fungo d’emergenza fino a sbloccarlo (1).
• Premere il pulsante di ripristino a destra del pulsante a fungo d’emergenza (2).
• Premere per circa tre secondi il pulsante <salita> (4): il sollevatore deve salire.
• Dopo aver eseguito tutte le operazioni precedentemente descritte
procedere al completamento del lavoro rimettendo l’involucro metallico
del pulpito di comando sulla centralina. Rimettere le due viti autofilettanti
nei due fori posti alla base dell’involucro metallico del pulpito (1 e 2 - Fig.
12) e bloccare solidamente.

• Disconnect the control unit by means of the switch on the distribution
panel.
• Press the mushroom-headed emergency button (1) to lock it in position.†
• Open the cover of the control push-button panel, disconnect the phase
leads L1 and L3 from the terminals and invert their position. Re-close the
push-button panel cover by tightening the screws (3 - Fig. 10).
•
Re-power the lift system from the power supply panel.
•
Pull the mushroom-headed emergency button to release it (1).
• Press the reset button on the right of the mushroom-headed emergency
button (2).
• Press the <ascent> button (4) for about three seconds: the lift should
move up.
• After performing all the operations described above, complete the
operation by refitting the control console metal cover on the control unit.
Refit the two self-tapping screws in the two holes at the base of the
console metal casing (1 and 2 - Fig. 12) and lock securely.
