3.3 ALLACCIAMENTI

3.3 CONNECTIONS

AVVERTENZA WARNING
È importante eseguire correttamente i vari collegamenti. Si
raccomanda pertanto di seguire attentamente le istruzioni
riportate, avvalendosi degli schemi funzionali riportati nei libretti
specifici dell'apparecchiatura.
It is important to perform the various connections correctly.You
should therefore carefully follow the instructions provided and
the diagrams given in the specific instruction manuals.
3.3.1 COLLEGAMENTO IMPIANTO OLEODINAMICO
Per effettuare il corretto allacciamento dell' impianto oleodinamico del
sollevatore procedere nel seguente modo (Fig. 8):
• Estrarre le tubazioni flessibili in gomma nera dall'interno del sollevatore.
Una delle estremità di ciascuna tubazione è già collegata al sollevatore.
• Durante le operazioni di collegamento delle tubazioni flessibili fare
attenzione alle perdite d'olio idraulico poiché il serbatoio della centralina
viene già riempito dal Costruttore.
• Collegare l'estremità libera di ciascuna tubazione alla centralina di comando,
avvitando le ghiere girevoli ai raccordi posti sulla centralina (1 e 4).
3.3.2 COLLEGAMENTO IMPIANTO PNEUMATICO
Per effettuare il corretto allacciamento dell'impianto pneumatico del
sollevatore procedere nel seguente modo (Fig. 9):
• Estrarre la tubazione in rilsan dell'aria dall'interno del sollevatore. Una delle
estremità della tubazione è già collegata al sollevatore. L'altra estremità è
dotata di attacco rapido a baionetta e va collegata ad un filtro riduttore
dell'impianto dell'aria tarato a 7 - 8 bar.
3.3.1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM CONNECTION
For correct connection of the lift hydraulic system, proceed as follows (Fig. 8):
• Take the black rubber hoses out of the inside of the lift. One of the ends of
each hose is already connected to the lift.
• During the hose connection operations, be careful of hydraulic oil leaks as
the control unit tank is pre-filled by the manufacturer.
• Connect the free end of each hose to the control unit, screwing the ring
nuts to the couplings on the control unit (1 and 4).
3.3.2 PNEUMATIC SYSTEM CONNECTION
For correct connection of the lift pneumatic system, proceed as follows (Fig.
9):
•
Take the Rilsan air pipe out of the inside of the lift. One of the ends of the
pipe is already connected to the lift. The other pipe have a one rapid attach
and this must be connection to the
