Switching to ARCS

There are several way to switch between chart types available in ECDIS.

By selecting from the menu list

Right click on the chart, select 

Other charts

, and then select ARCS.

ECDIS lists all ARCS charts which are available at the current cursor position.

The color of the chart indicator display the chart permit status:

Green

 – the chart permit is valid.

•

Yellow

 – permit warning. The chart permit must be updated.
