Route options
The user sets and stores the default values for route and waypoint parameters in the
Route
options
dialog box.
To view or effect changes to the route parameters click on the Options icon on the main
toolbar and then select the
Route
tab.
•
Default type of legline:
Select either
Great circle
or
Rhumbline
.
•
Turning radius (NM):
default value for route creation.
•
Speed (kn):
default speed value for route creation.
Route alerts:
•
Cross Track error (m):
Toggle up or down to set the appropriate value or input it via the
keyboard.
•
Waypoint arrival distance (NM):
Toggle up or down for the appropriate value or input
it via the keyboard.
