Select the PC(s) on which the ARCs should be copied and click
Copy database
.
On the remote station, ARCS is deactivated in case ARCS charts are used.
After transfer is completed, the following pop-up window is displayed:
Help for paper chart correction
In order to facilitate the correction of paper charts, updated tiles (Notes to Mariners
corrections) for a chosen chart can be printed on a black\white or color printer. These tiles
may be stuck on the chart in the appropriate place or used to augment the relevant NM
chart correction, by showing the user how the correction should be applied by hand.
1.
Click the
Print Chart Updates
bunnon to print the paper copy of the chart updated tiles.
2.
Select the tiles to be printed:
- All tiles that have been updated since the base chart was issued.
- The tiles have been updated only in the latest update procedure.
Checking the updated objects on the chart
1.
Select the option
Display updated tiles borders
in Chart settings dialog to display the
borders of updated tiles.
2.
Press and hold
B
to display the base chart before updating.
3.
Release the key to display the updated chart.
