Move the slider to move the ship along its scheduled course by the corresponding time
margin.

Use own vector predictor

Linear predictor calculates future positions according to current course and speed. The
screen shows the predicted positions.

Press the 

Settings

 button to adjust the values if needed.

Target list

To display the list of the tracked targets click on the 

Target list

 button.

•

Double click on the target name will center the chart on the target.

•

Double click on the CPA title sorts out the targets by CPA values.

•

Double click on the TCPA title sorts out the targets by TCPA values.

ECDIS900 acquires targets via serial line from ARPA radar connected to the system or using
MK radar interface kit. In addition, ECDIS receives by serial line the targets from AIS when AIS
is interfaced to ECDIS.

Center the chart and access properties

•

Double click on the target name to center the chart on the target.

•

Right click on the target’s name to access to target’s properties.

Show and hide targets

Press 

Hide target

 to hide the targets. All targets are hidden except the target on CPA/TCPA

alarms which will always been displayed.

Relative vector

Press the 

Draw relative vector

 button to display the targets with relative vector. The

relative vector is displayed with a dotted line to make a difference with the absolute vector.

AIS server

This function is dedicated Norwegian Pilots and allows connecting to AIS server providing
the AIS traffic around Scandinavia.

Create a sensor called Client AIS Server using the Sensor Monitor application, start and stop
the display of AIS data in ECDIS using the button
