Change active waypoint
The active waypoint is selected automatically when the ship arrives at the waypoint. But at
any time, the current waypoint can be changed manually.
There are different ways to select another active waypoint:

Right click on the waypoint of the route to be activated and select
Activate
in the list
•
In the route plan waypoint list, right click on the name of the waypoint and click
Activate
.
New waypoint by coordinates
1.
Press the New WP by coordinates button.
2.
The dialog box appears
Change the latitude and longitude if necessary then click
OK
to enter the new waypoint.
3.
Click
OK
and
New
to enter more than one new waypoint. The waypoint(s) will be added
after the previously selected one and the details for the route will be updated accordingly.
It is not possible to enter a new waypoint before the first waypoint with this method. To add
a new waypoint at the start proceed as follow:
•
Select the first waypoint.
•
Press the
New waypoint by coordinates
button and enter the name and coordinates
for the new waypoint.
•
Right click on the first waypoint and select the menu
Move after
and select the number
of the newly created waypoint.

Note:
When a new waypoint is created, a default number is set for it. In order to have a
consistent list of numbers for the waypoints, it is necessary to re-number the waypoints
by clicking once in the column title called
Name
New waypoint by bearing
1.
Press the
New WP by bearing
button.

The input dialog box appears
Input the range and bearing then press
OK
to enter the new waypoint.
3.
Press
OK and New
to enter more than one new waypoint. The waypoint(s) will be added
after the previously selected one and the details for the route will be updated accordingly.
