SI Motion CU: Safely-Limited Speed exceeded

Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause:
The drive has moved faster than that specified by the velocity limit value (p9531). The drive is stopped as a result of
the configured stop response (p9563).
Message value (r9749, interpret decimal):
100: SLS1 exceeded.
200: SLS2 exceeded.
300: SLS3 exceeded.
400: SLS4 exceeded.
1000: Encoder limit frequency exceeded.
Remedy:
- check the traversing/motion program in the control.
- check the limits for "Safely-Limited Speed (SLS) and if required, adapt (p9531).
This message can be acknowledged as follows:
- motion monitoring functions integrated in the drive: Via Terminal Module 54F (TM54F) or PROFIsafe
- motion monitoring functions with SINUMERIK: Via the machine control panel

Cause:
The tolerance for the "safe motion direction" function was exceeded. The drive is stopped as a result of the config-
ured stop response (p9566).
Message value (r9749, interpret decimal):
0: Tolerance for the "safe motion direction positive" function exceeded.
1: Tolerance for the "safe motion direction positive negative" function exceeded.
Remedy:
- check the traversing/motion program in the control.
- check the tolerance for "SDI" function and if required, adapt (p9564).

SI Motion CU: Checking braking torque for the brake test

Cause:
The scaling of the brake torque for the brake test can be changed using parameter p2003.
An acceptance test must be carried out again for the braking test. This determines whether the braking test is still
carried out with the correct braking torque.
