Management System
Ubigate iBG3026s are controlled via several Management System or a
Command Line Interface(CLI) as shown in Figure 26.6. There is an integrated
Graphical User Interface(GUI) that enables the user to configure Ubigate
iBG3026s. The CLI is a text line interface that allows the user to configure
and retrieve status of the individual system that is currently connected to.
The Network Management System uses Simple Network Management
Protocol(SNMP) to communicate with Ubigate iBG3026 systems. The SNMP
‘get’ and ‘set’ commands can be used to configure either system and retrieve
current configuration and status information. These Management Systems can
be located anywhere in the IP network.
