If you want to check current busyout monitor list, use ‘show voice busyout
monitor’ command.
Using show voice busyout port, a user is able to check voice port list currently
busyout set and information on the reason why voice port is busyported.
Busyout forced
To handle voice-port to busyout by force, use ‘busyout forced’ command in
voice port configuration mode. In this case, away from busyout handling by
monitoring, it is possible to handle voice-port in a busyout status.

Gatekeeper monitoring
This is a method to check out the status of Gatekeeper by RRQ message with
Gatekeeper, and provides the method used in busyout monitoring. Gateway
monitoring works upon down.
To configure a voice port to enter the busyout state if connectivity to the
gatekeeper is lost, use the
busyout monitor gatekeeper command in voice-
port configuration mode. To disable, use the no form of this command.
busyout monitor gatekeeper

SIP-server monitoring
This can check out the status of the server using OPTIONS/REGISTER
message of SIP with SIP-Server/Call-Server, this method provides the way
that can use sip-server status in busyout monitoring. Gateway monitoring
works upon down.
To configure a voice port to enter the busyout state if SIP options message with the
sip-server is no answer, use the
busyout monitor sip-server command in voice-
port configuration mode. To disable, use the no form of this command.
