The key must be inside the vehicle.
A visual and audible alarm is activated if
your vehicle’s angle of inclination changes
while tow-away protection is primed.
Deactivate tow-away protection if your ve-
hicle:

is being transported

is to be carried on another vehicle, e.g.
a ferry

is parked on a moving surface, e.g. a
car transporter
This will prevent false alarms.

The tow-away protection alarm is triggered
if the vehicle is jacked up on one side, for exam-
ple.

Tow-away protection is automatically deac-
tivated when you unlock your vehicle. Tow-away
protection remains deactivated until you lock the
vehicle again.
A visual and audible alarm is triggered if
your vehicle is locked and movement is de-

somebody reaches inside the vehicle
Deactivate the interior motion sensor if
you lock your vehicle and:

the electric parking brake or injure them-
selves on moving parts, thus endangering
