Boot

Push the boot remote control button again

to stop the opening procedure.
You can limit the opening angle using COMAND

(

page 213).

To close:

press and hold remote oper-

ating button

until the boot lid is

closed.

If the boot lid hits an object while closing,

e.g. luggage which is piled too high, the closing
procedure is interrupted and the boot lid reo-
pens.

Limiting the boot lid opening angle*

You can limit the boot lid opening angle on

vehicles with the boot lid remote operating

button*. The boot lid will then only open

level with the roof. This could be useful, for

example, if there is insufficient space

above the boot lid.
