Tighten the air intake angle valve to a torque of 180 N m and tighten the air
exhaust angle valve to a torque of 120 N m.
Step 10 Install the electric heating belt, remove the connection box cover, and reinstall the
cover after the compressor cables are connected.
Step 11 Remove the filter dryer and install a new one.
Step 12 Vacuumize the system and precharge refrigerant.
Step 13 Check that the phase sequences are correct before starting the system. Then
choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter to check the system pressure and
temperature and ensure the refrigerant is charged with an optimal system status.
Ensure that the system is running normally without alarms.
Step 14 Install the air filter and close the rear door.
Step 15 Power on the device, choose Maint > Performance Maint on the home screen of
the display module to access the performance maintenance screen, and clear the
runtime of the compressor.

11.8 Replacing a Filter Dryer
Prerequisites

A filter dryer needs to be replaced.
●
A spare filter dryer of the same model is available and functional.
●
Tools: refrigerant reclaiming device (configured based on local conditions),
Phillips screwdriver, nitrogen cylinder, refrigerant tank, vacuum pump,
pressure gauge, rubber hose, protective gloves, two 27# adjustable wrenches,
one 36# wrench
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the home screen, and turn off the active power switch QF1,
standby power switch QF2, and drive switch QF3.
NO TICE
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
home screen.
Step 2 Open the front door.
Step 3 Recycle the refrigerant from the low-pressure needle valve and exhaust pipe
needle valve to ensure that there is no pressure in the system. (If a low-
temperature component is used, recycle the refrigerant from the liquid pipe needle
valve, low-pressure needle valve, and exhaust pipe needle valve.)
