Context

Recommended tools and materials: protective gloves, Phillips screwdriver, diagonal

pliers, cable tie, and replacement electric heater

CA UTION

The electric heater rack is located inside the smart cooling product. Exercise

caution when maintaining the components inside the smart cooling product to

prevent scratches or damage to the components.

NO TICE

● Prevent bolts from falling into the fan when you loosen the bolts on the electric

heater support.

● When moving the electric heater support, hold it with your hands to prevent it

from falling out of the positioning device.

11.6.1 Replacing an Electric Heater (Upflow)

Procedure

Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.

NO TICE

Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the

screen of the display module.

Step 2 Open the front door and turn off the general switch.
Step 3 Remove the fan maintenance baffle plate. After the electric heater cools to the

room temperature, cut off the cable tie on the electric heater cable and disconnect

the interconnection terminal.

Step 4 Remove the two bolts that secure the electric heater support and take out the

support.
