Power-On Commissioning

6.1 Vacuumizing and Precharging Refrigerant

CA UTION

Ensure that no combustion-supporting materials (air or additives) enter the smart

cooling product system during commissioning. Huawei shall not be liable for any

risks and losses thus incurred.

6.1.1 Requirements on the Filling Amount of Refrigerant and

Refrigerant Oil

●

Refrigerant is R410A.

●

The refrigerant oil is MEL32.
Sufficient refrigerant oil has been filled in the indoor unit compressor before

delivery to ensure reliable running of the 100 m long pipeline and low

temperature component. No refrigerant oil needs to be added during onsite

installation. If the compressor is damaged, replace it with a new one. The

refrigerant oil has been pre-filled into the compressor. No refrigerant oil needs

to be added. Add refrigerant oil as required only when the refrigerant oil leaks

and the compressor does not need to be replaced.

NO TICE

If one NetCol8000-A090D is used with two NetCol500-A060s (or one NetCol500-

A120) and the length (L) is 80 m, fill 29 kg R410A for each compressor system

and 58 kg R410A in total for one NetCol8000-A090D. Formula: 9.4 + (80 – 10) x

0.28= 29
