The following example enables the EX_Port (or VEX_Port) and assigns a Fabric ID of 30 to port 7.

Sets the EX_Port to enabled (1) or disabled (2). Admin use only.

Sets the fabric ID (1 to 128). Each edge fabric must have a unique ID, and
EX_Ports (or VEX_Ports) connected to the same edge fabric must have the same
fabric ID. The default value is the port number divided by 3, plus 2 and rounded
down.
-r
R_A_TOV used for port negotiation (2000 - 120000).
-e
E_D_TOV used for port negotiation (1000 - 60000).
