To add a member to the ACL
1.
Connect to the switch and log in as
admin
.
2.
Enter the
msConfigure
command.
The command becomes interactive.
3.
At the select prompt, enter
2
to add a member based on its port/node WWN.
4.
Enter the WWN of the host to be added to the ACL.
5.
At the prompt, enter
1
to verify the WWN you entered was added to the ACL.
6.
After verifying that the WWN was added correctly, enter
0
at the prompt to end the session.
7.
At the “Update the FLASH?” prompt, enter
y
.
8.
Press
Enter
to update the nonvolatile memory and end the session.
To delete a member from the ACL
9.
Connect to the switch and log in as admin.
10.
Enter the
msConfigure
command.
The command becomes interactive.
11.
At the select prompt, enter
3
to delete a member based on its port/node WWN.
12.
At the prompt, enter the WWN of the member to be deleted from the ACL.
13.
At the prompt, enter
1
to verify the WWN you entered was deleted from the ACL.
14.
After verifying that the WWN was deleted correctly, enter
0
at the prompt to end the session.
15.
At the “Update the FLASH?” prompt, enter
y
.
