4-6 Maintenance

Aquastorm 200

Tempered Glass Windows and
Splash Shields

Open each of the tempered glass windows at each
section to gain access to the internal splash
shields.

Photo of Hinged Glass Window being Opened for Cleaning

Remove each of the splash shields from the
following sections:

Prewash
Recirculating Wash
Enhanced Chemical Isolation
Recirculating Rinse
Final Rinse

Clean each of the splash shields using window
cleaner, then wipe dry with clean, white paper
towels. After cleaning and drying place in a safe
location.
Wipe clean and dry each of the windows.

POST SHUT-DOWN CHECK

Perform the Post Shut-Down Check immediately
after each normal shut-down procedure is
performed on the Aquastorm 200™.

Preliminary

Clean the exterior surfaces of the Aquastorm
200™

using SD-20 All Purpose cleaner, or any

all purpose amonia based cleaner, and a white,
lint free soft cloth.

Clean the work area around the Aquastorm
200™.

Wipe up any water spills around the vicinity of
the system.
