3-6 Start-Up and Operation
Aquastorm 200
Auto Sequential Mode
With the Power On control already activated,
press the AUTO Sequential Mode control to
sequentially start up each section of the system,
rather than manually pressing each control for
start up.
If the wash, rinse, and optional chemical isolation
tanks are full, the operating level, and immersion
heater on green indicators illuminate; an asterisk
appears before the title of each section listed on
the LCD's main display screen.
If the tanks are empty or below operating level,
the wash, rinse, and optional chemical isolation
tank green fill indicators flash, indicating the
tanks are filling. The immersion heater on, and
operating level green indicators do not illuminate
during this process.
AUTO activates the conveyor (operates at present
set point), fill solenoids, float switch operation,
and optional radiant heaters (starts heating to
present set point).
As the tank levels reach operating level the system
sequentially activates the following subsystems
in the order they are listed, in two (2) second

Photocell On/ Off Control
Press the Photocell control to activate or
deactivate the optional photocell sensor. The
green LED indicator illuminates when the
optional photocell is activated.
As long as product continues to pass by the
photocell sensor, each section of the system
remains operating. When the last product has
exited the system, and no other boards are
detected entering, all sections of the system shut
down at the same time, with exception of the
conveyor. The conveyor remains in operation.
When product entering the system has been
detected by the photocell sensor again, all sections
previously operating will begin operating in the
following order:
