Slide the feeler gauge back and forth
inside the orifice to dislodge any debris
which may be clogging the Hurricane
Jet
™
nozzle orifice.

Use a compressed air supply with clean,
dry air to blow the air through the end,
and through the orifice of the Hurricane
Jet
™
nozzle to remove the debris.

Repeat the cleaning steps as necessary to
remove any additional debris.

Flush the insert tube with water and use a
compressed air supply with clean, dry air
to blow the air through the end, and
through the holes to remove debris from
the tube.

Reassemble the Hurricane Jet
™
nozzle in
the reverse manner of disassembly.
While the Hurricane Jet™ Nozzle is disassembled Insert a
.020 feeler Gauge into the Nozzle's Orifice, then Slide the
Feeler Gauge Back and Forth to Clear the Orifice.
