Prewash Section
NOTE
Be careful not to spray water out
through the conveyor entrance
end of cabinet while cleaning the
Prewash Section.
Drain Screen
Prewash

Rinse the prewash section spray
manifolds, spray curtains, and upper and
lower interior cabinet walls thoroughly
using a hose with a spray nozzle. Make
sure all surfaces are clean and free of
debris.
This cleaning process is to remove
residual flux, oil, or detergent which may
be present, as well as preventing the
build-up of these materials.
Rinse thoroughly for a minimum of five
(5) minutes.

Inspect and clean the drain screen in the
prewash section to prevent clogging.

Inspect all spray nozzles for debris that
may be clogging or altering spray
patterns.
If the debris cannot be easily removed
from the nozzles, refer to the Corrective
Maintenance section of this manual for
Spray ManifoldDisassembly procedures.

Reinstall the prewash section splash shield
and close the prewash section window.
