After the silicone has cured (minimum
of 24 hours), reactivate the power to the
Aquastorm 200
™
via the facility power
safety disconnect.

Press the Main Power On Control via the
membane keypad.
The fill solenoids for the system tanks
activate automatically on system power
up.
When the tank fluid levels reach make
up level, the immersion heaters become
enabled.

Adjust the tank's set point temperature to
a value which will allow the operator to
verify operation of the replacement
immersion heater.

Use a voltmeter or clamp ammeter to
verify 3 phase power to the heater.
This may be done at the heater wire
connections using a voltmeter or inside
the electrical enclosure at the contactor
for the immersion heater, using an
ammeter.

Replace the system front access panels.
