The wash and rinse tanks each contain
two (2) immersion heaters; the optional
chemical isolation tank contains one (1)
immersion heater.

Locate the defective immersion heater.
Heater Replacement
Tools Required
Philips Head Screw Driver
1" Drive, 3" Socket
1" Drive, 15" Extension
1" Drive Ratchet
WARNING
Danger, Hot Surface - Allow the wash,
rinse, or optional chemical isolation
tank immersion heater to cool before
servicing. The hot element will cause
serious burns. Wear protective gloves
when handling hot components.
If the immersion heater is still hot, allow it to
cool before servicing.

Remove the Phillips head screws which
secure the immersion heater wire way
cover, to gain access to the internal
connections.

Remove the round head screws inside the
heater electrical enclosure to allow the
wire way mounting bracket to be removed
from the immersion heater end.

Use a nut driver to disconnect the wire
connections from the terminal studs; label
each of them upon removal for
replacement purposes.

Disconnect the heater over temperature
sensor wire from the wiring assembly.

Disconnect any ground connections from
the assembly.
