Aquastorm 200

NOTE

The rinse tank and optional
chemical isolation tank capacities
are less than the wash tank
capacity. Refer to the descaler
manufacturers' specifications for
correct mixing ratio for each tank
capacity.

Add descaler to the tanks with the correct
mixing ratio as specified by the descaler
manufacturer.

Press the Wash/ Hurricane, Rinse/
Hurricane, and optional Chemical
Isolation pump On/Off Controls to
enable the recirculation pumps.

If tap water is being used in the final
rinse section, also rinse this section
thoroughly with clean water. Ensure all
surfaces and interior components are
rinsed.

Once all sections are thoroughly rinsed,
close each of the tank drain valves.

Reinstall the tank castch screens.

Reinstall the tank lids.

Press the Power On Control to enable
power to the system.

The wash, rinse, and optional chemical
isolation tank fill solenoids activate to fill
the tanks.

Once the tanks are full, the tank heaters
activate.

Now adjust the temperature settings for
each of the tanks via the LCD interface
keypad to bring the temperature of the
water up to the descaler manufacturers'
specifications outlined for the descaler
being used.

Temperatures are not to exceed safety
limits of 74

C (165
