Spray Manifold
Reassembly Procedure
1
Install the new or cleaned nozzle in the
manifold.

Turn the nozzle clockwise to tighten.
Be sure to position the nozzle in the same
direction as prior to removal.

Replace the manifold pipe by holding it in
position and turning the manifold
clockwise.
Do not over tighten the manifold pipe.
(Hand Tighten Only)

Be sure spray
nozzles are positioned correctly for optimum
cleaning efficiency.

Replace the splash shield.

Replace the tempered glass window
assembly.

Turn on the facility power safety
disconnect to the Aquastorm 200
™
system.
7
Press the
Power On Control via the
membrane keypad.
8
Press the following controls to turn
activate the recirculation pumps.
Wash/Hurricane Pump
On/Off Control
Rinse/Hurricane Pump
On/Off Control
Optional Chemical Isolation Pump
On/ Off Control

The green indicators are off to indicate
the pumps are off.
CAUTION
Be careful not to cross thread the nozzle fitting into the threaded hole in the spray manifold.
This will result in damage to the stainless steel threads and require replacement of the
manifold. Cross threading will cause the spray nozzle to leak around the fitting thus reducing
spray nozzle pressure and cleaning efficiency.
