3-14 Start-Up and Operation
Aquastorm 200
Rinse Tank Drain Control
Press the Rinse Tank Drain Control to activate
the rinse tank drain solenoid.
The drain control indicator illuminates
to indicate the tank is draining.
The tank's drain solenoid will remain open until
the control is pressed again to deactivate the drain
solenoid.

NOTE Only the Process Alarms
configured into the Process Alarms
screen with WARNING or SHUTDOWN
action selected will sound an audible
alarm.
Instructions provided here assume
WARNING or SHUTDOWN is selected
to sound an alarm.
Hardware configured alarms will always
sound when activated.
There are five (5) indications possible by this tank
liquid level indicator.
1 If the rinse tank liquid level reaches high
level, the following will occur:
• Audible alarm sounds
• Alarm acknowledge indicator flashes
• Tank high level red indicator illuminates
• Optional status tower flashes red
• LCD displays "Rinse High Level Alarm"
• Fill solenoid is disabled
2 The green Operating Level Indicator
illuminates to notify the operator that the
water level in the rinse tank is at
operating level.
3 If the rinse tank liquid level drops below
the operating level float switch, but has
not yet reached low level, the following
will occur:
Rinse Tank Fill Control
NOTE The Power On Control
must be pressed in order
to enable power prior to
activating fill solenoids.
Press the Rinse Tank Fill Control to activate the
rinse tank fill solenoid.
The green on indicator flashes to indicate
the tank is filling.
The green on indicator remains
illuminated if the water level is at
operating level.
When starting up via the Auto Start Timer, the
fill solenoid automatically activates to fill the tank
if the level is below operating level. The fill
indicator will flash to indicate it is filling. If the
tank is already at operating level, the fill indicator
remains illuminated.
When the tank becomes full, at operating level,
the fill solenoid shuts off, the fill indicator stops
flashing and remains illuminated.
The operating level green indicator
illuminates to indicate the water has
reached operating level.
During normal operation, should the water level
fall below the operating level float switch, the
fill indicator will start flashing again, indicating
the fill solenoid has activated to commence filling
the tank again.
The automatic fill sequence may be aborted by
simply pressing the Rinse Tank Fill Control while
the tank is filling.
