Aquastorm 200

4-64 Maintenance

Remove the three (3) black oxide set
screws from the motor pulley.

Remove the motor pulley from the hub by
sliding it in the direction away from the
motor.

Loosen the two (2) black oxide set screws
on the hub enough to allow the hub to be
moved on the motor shaft.

Use a prybar for outward adjustment or a
rubber mallet for inward adjustment of
the hub on the motor shaft.

Adjust the hub to the offset distance
calculated in step 14.

Once the hub is positioned correctly on
the motor shaft, carefully tighten the two
(2) black oxides set screws on the hub,
taking caution not to disturb the setting.

Re-install the motor pulley onto the hub
and secure using the three (3) black oxide
set screws.

Ensure the three (3) black oxide set
screws are tightened securely so that the
motor pulley is flush on the back side
with the flange on the hub.

Verify alignment of the pulley surfaces
after reassembly to ensure the hub or
motor pulley did not slip upon
reassembly.

Repeat this procedure as necessary for
proper pulley alignment.

Replace all components previously
removed in the reverse manner of
disassembly.
