Regolazione
ammortizzatore
posteriore
L’ammortizzatore posteriore è dotato
di registri esterni che permettono di
adeguare l’assetto della moto alle
condizioni di carico.
Il registro (1), posto sul lato sinistro in
corrispondenza del fissaggio
dell’ammortizzatore al forcellone,
regola il freno idraulico nella fase di
estensione (ritorno);
Il registro (2), sul serbatoio di
espansione dell’ammortizzatore sul
lato sinistro del telaio, regola il freno
idraulico nella fase di compressione.
Ruotando in senso orario i registri (1 e
2) si aumenta la frenatura
H
;
viceversa diminuisce
S
.
Taratura Standard
Dalla posizione di tutto chiuso (senso
orario) svitare i registri (1 e 2): di 1
giro.
Le ghiere (3) e (4), poste nella parte
superiore dell’ammortizzatore,
registrano il precarico della molla
esterna.

Grazie ad alcuni accorgimenti la
frenatura idraulica
dell'ammortizzatore é variabile in
funzione della sua stessa corsa, e
quindi della ruota.
Lo smorzamento in corrispondenza
dei piccoli valori di schiacciamento
dell'ammortizzatore é infatti inferiore
a quello corrispondente a
schiacciamenti maggiori. In questo
modo si garantiscono un miglior
assorbimento dalle piccole asperità
del terreno.
Per modificare il precarico della molla
allentare, con una chiave a settore, la
ghiera superiore (3). Avvitando o
svitando la ghiera inferiore (4), si
aumenta o si diminuisce il precarico.
A regolazione conclusa riserrare la
ghiera superiore (3).

Adjusting the rear shock
absorber
The rear shock absorber has outer
adjusters for setting motorcycle so to
match load conditions.
The adjuster (1) is on the LH side at
the rear shock absorber fitting, near
the mounting point to the swingarm.
This adjuster sets rebound damping.
The adjuster (2) is on the expansion
chamber of the shock absorber, on
frame left-side and sets compression
damping.
Turn the adjusters (1and 2) clockwise
for harder damping
H
and counter
clockwise for softer damping
S
.
Standard setting
from the fully closed position
(clockwise) turn out the adjusters (1
and 2) by 1 turn.
The ring nuts (3) and (4) at the top end
of the shock absorber are for external
spring preload.

Thanks to some special measures,
the rear shock absorber damping
efficiency varies according to its
travel and thus to the wheel.
The damping changes according to
how much the shock absorber is
compressed. Road surface small
bumps can thus be better absorbed.
To change spring preload, slacken the
upper ring nut (3) with a pin wrench.
Tighten or slacken the lower ring nut
(4) to increase or decrease preload.
Once set, tighten the top ring nut (3).
