Ispezione forcella anteriore
Appoggiare su un piano la molla e
misurarne la lunghezza libera (L).
Corsa
130 mm;
lunghezza libera (L) 694 ± 2, max 702
min 572;
quantità olio per stelo 400 cc.
Sostituire la molla se la lunghezza non
rientra nel limite.
Esaminare la superficie esterna dei
due scorrevoli e quella interna dei due
foderi; non dovranno apparire
rigature, scalini o punti di forzatura.
Verificare la rettilineità dei tubi
portanti:
massimo errore ammesso
0,10 mm.
Ogni volta che si rimuove il tubo
scorrevole dal fodero è buona norma
sostituire le boccole di guida (15) e
(19).
Verificare la distorsione dello
scodellino (20) nella zona indicata. Se
risulta distorto, sostituirlo.
Checking the front fork
Place the spring on a flat surface and
measure free length (L).
Travel
130 mm;
free length (L) 694 ± 2, max 702 min
572;
oil quantity for each leg 400 cc.
Change the spring if not within limit.
Check outer surface of both sliders
and inner surface of both outer
sleeves. They should show no signs
of scores, scratches or distortions.
Check that stanchion tubes are
straight.
Maximum straightness error allowed
is
0.10 mm.
Each time the slider is separated from
the sleeve, it is a good rule to change
the pilot bushes (15) and (19).
Check the spring cap (20) for
distortion in the highlighted area.
Replace, if needed.
