Notes on Reagent Volume Ranges

If the source is a reservoir, the allowed range is 100 to 50,000
μ
L. The
default is 2,000 μ L if the syringe volume is less than 5,000 μ L, and
10,000
μ
L if the syringe volume is 5,000
μ
L or 10,000
μ
L.

If the source is a vial, the range depends on the volume of the sample
syringe:
NOTE The
REAGENT FLUSH
and
REAGENT PRIME
operations
are performed after the autosampler loads the sample
onto the concentrator column. See Section 3.6.10 for
details about concentrator injections.
