5. Specify the injection volume and the cut volume required for the type
of injection to be performed. The cut volume specifies a volume of
sample to be “cut” (or omitted) from each side of the sample during
the injection process. To set up a full-loop injection, see
Section 3.6.5 .
For a partial-loop injection, see Section 3.6.7 , and for a partial-loop
limited-sample injection, see Section 3.6.8 .
Example Program for Sequential Mode
The following example Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress program
shows the AS commands for sample loading and injecting when the
autosampler is in sequential mode.
