8.10.1 Uploading AutoSequences

To upload to ES601-US, press the "Upload To ES601" button. Choose uploading via USB, Ethernet, or
Serial Port, and then press "Connect". If the connection is via ethernet, enter in the IP address assigned to
ES601-US (the IP address of ES601-US is displayed on the LCD when ES601-US is operating in Ethernet
Mode). If the connection is via serial port, choose the COM port to which ES601-US is connected.

After pressing "Connect", a message box with a transfer progress bar will appear. After the transfer is
completed, a Transfer Complete message will appear and the message box will disappear.

8.10.2 Downloading AutoSequences

Sometimes it is desirable to bring data stored in the ES601-US back into your PC. This way, you can
transfer Inspections and AutoSequences from one ES601-US analyzer to another.

You can retrieve data from a ES601-US by pressing the "Download From ES601" button. Choose to
download via USB, Ethernet, or Serial Port. Doing so will overwrite the configuration of all Inspections and
User Tester AutoSequences in ES601pc-US with the data downloaded from the analyzer.

These Inspections and AutoSequences can then be uploaded to a different ES601-US, or they can be
optionally modified and uploaded to the same ES601-US unit, or additional ES601-US units.
