Mobile Credential Overview
Credentials
To access an assigned door, users will follow these simple steps.
4. Open
the Schlage Mobile Access application on their Mobile phone.
• Notice one level of security is required.
5. Approach
an assigned door to within a few feet
6. View
the available Mobile Enable devices that are nearby. (Apt 12)
• A screen “Refresh” may be needed
7. Select
the desired device by its “Friendly Name” (Apt12).
• The name is shown as entered by the Administrator in ENGAGE
8. Wait
a moment for the door to momentarily unlock and enter.
• Mobile Credentials are NORMAL function and the door will automatically relock again after the
programmed Relock Delay period has expired.
