Replacing Components of the Manifold

TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

5. Look through the left side of the instrument and use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to

loosen the screw holding the board to the chassis.

6. Use your fingers to carefully pull the bracket of the board away from the chassis and

toward the left side of the instrument, until the 20 pin connector clears the feedthrough.

7. Pinch together the two springs on the left side the vacuum interlock shield to free the

hinge from the vacuum interlock shield.

Tip

The bracket has a white diagram describing the location of this screw. It is

approximately two inches from the top of the board directly under the white label.
