Performing Routine Maintenance

Replacing a Dual Filament

Thermo Scientific

TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

14. Remove the filament.

15. Insert the replacement filament into its slot, rotate the spring into position, and slightly

tighten the screw holding the filament retaining clip in place.

16. Bend the filament wires so they do not touch any metal component. You may want the

old filament as a model.

17. Attach the connector of the replacement filament to the source interface board.
