Replacing Components of the Analyzer

TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

9. Open the manifold door and slide the filament board and wires off the pins on the source

interface board.

10. Remove the column and replace with a nut and no-hole ferrule.

11. Pull the GC away from the mass spectrometer.

12. Remove the instrument right-side panel to access the transfer line. See

Figure 95

13. Identify the set screw on the source heater block. This T10 screw holds the transfer line in

alignment with the ion volume heater block. See
