16. If you need to replace the lens heater block, remove the screw holding the lens plate and

springs to the lens heater block.

17. Remove and replace the lens heater block.

18. Attach the lens plate and springs to the lens heater block.

19. Attach the source heater block.

20. Reattach the lens/source heater to the new source heater block and set them next to the

rest of the ion source.
